A bit of an odd week, on Tuesday I did my longest ever run with 6.5km, included in that was a new 5k PB of 32:43 (almost 45 seconds faster than last weeks).
On Thursday I went for a light jog, but it went really well and I continued to the 5k - finally realised what the phrase "negative splits" meant! I then smashed 90 seconds of the PB I had just set - now on 31:10.
The sub 30 mins is in sight. Something I never thought remotely possible at the end of 2020
