A big week in terms of my plans for the year! Had every intention of just walking these extra steps but this week a strange urge took over me and I started to run......
Just a little bit, on Monday & Tuesday but on Wednesday I set out with the intention of doing my usual 3k but running for most of it.
Not the most scientific of methods but I ran 2 lamp posts and walked one. I was shattered when I arrived home but pleased I had managed it.
On Thursday I then extended my route to 4.35km and still did it faster than my usual 3k, I was up and away.
Friday I had my vaccine and did an incredibly slow walk on Saturday morning. Just under 5k and just under an hour!
But overall this was a good week.
